This course will educate you and provide you with clear information, legal definitions and dialog which will help you secure and maintain the appropriate restraining order or orders to accommodate your particular needs.
This course is designed for individuals who have been instructed and/or mandated by court or other institution to educate themselves in this particular area. This class accommodates the San Diego and California legal mandates for said education (regarding Restraining Order Education), and deals with common and complex restraining orders in regard to Domestic violence (also called intimate partner violence (IPV)).
